Hey, so my nutritionist is really pushing for an intensive outpatient program for me. It would require a pretty significant commute for me and that could be problematic, not to mention costly. I currently have access to a therapist once a week and a nutritionist, so I feel like I have decent resources . . . But she said that she really thinks that I need more. Iapos;m doing pretty well in recovery right now . . . Maybe not great, but pretty well. A lot better than I ever expected. IOP would involve . . . Well, intensive outpatient -- three times a week for several hours. Group, individual, nutrition . . . The works. It would obviously be a great opportunity, but Iapos;m not sure if it is worth how difficult it will be.
Has anybody tried IOP? How was it?
Unrelated . . . But Iapos;m dumb. I meant to post this here and I accidentally posted it in my person journal. I suck. Sorry if anyone sees this twice.
